A division can represent many different things: a business, a department, a project, etc.
Think of a Flowster Division like a Trello Board, Asana Workspace, or a Slack Workspace (if you use any of those tools).
Each division has its own plan (subscription), users, templates, workflows, etc.
However, as a user, you can be a member of multiple divisions.
You can select a division or add a new division from the top of your screen
