Folders are used in Flowster to help you organize your Templates.


In most organizations, you could have Folders for things like Marketing, Sales, Inventory Management, Client Onboarding, etc…


You can even create Folders inside other Folders, for further organization.


Create a Folder


From your main Library page, click the +Folder menu item on the left-hand side:




Then enter a name for your new Folder:



After clicking "Create a Folder" you'll see it on your Library page.



Moving Templates into Folders


There's two ways to move a Template into a Folder:


1. From the Library page


First, locate the Template you want to move on the Library page. Then click its menu icon:




Then, Select "Move Template":


2. From Edit Template Mode


The other way to move a Template into a Folder is when you're editing a Template.


Click "Move Template" from the upper-left-hand menu:



Next Steps


On the next dialog that appears, find and select the folder you want to move it into, then confirm if it appears as "Selected" and then click the "Move Template" button on the bottom right:



Sub-Folders


To create a Folder inside another Folder, simply open the existing Folder, and click the "+ Folder" menu item on the right-side:



On the dialog that appears, enter the Sub-Folder's name and click the "Create a folder". You should then see it:



Moving Folders


To move a Folder and all its contents (such as sub-Folders and Templates), click the 3 dots menu icon and select "Move Folder":





On the next dialog that appears, select the desired destination Folder, then confirm if it appears as "Selected" and then click the "Move Folder" button on the bottom right:




Alternatively, if you want to move a Folder or sub-Folder up to the top level, don't select any destination Folder or you click "Home" (so it should say "Selected Folder: Home"), and click the "Move Folder" button on the bottom right side:
