There's two ways to move a Template.
1. From the Library page
First, locate the Template you want to move on the Library page. Then click its menu icon:
Select "Move Template":
2. From Edit Mode
When you have a Template open in edit mode, click "Move Template" from the upper-left-hand menu.
Next Steps
On the next dialog that appears:
If the Template is currently inside a Folder and you want to move it to your main Library page, you can just click "Home". In other words, you don't need to select a Folder.
However, if you want to move it to another folder, first select the Folder you want to move it into, confirm if it appears as "Selected" and then click the "Move Template" button on the bottom right:
